Headerwaters River Journey (Winter Park, Colorado)

With automated doors, adjustable bench seating and multi-presentation modes with two different screens, this theater serves many purposes for many people. First and foremost, a custom shaped screen serves to creatively support a multi-image video mosaic documenting the value of Colorado’s rivers and the impact of water diversions.

ECOS worked with Winikur Productions, Trivium Interactive and BBI engineering on this complex theater and film, conceiving of the sculptural screen and storyline, along with coordinating field logistics, water expert interviews and client input.
